Product Implementation Manager


About your new role:

We are looking for a customer focused spirit with a proven track record of product implementations at large organisations. In your new position, you will be part of our product implementation team, implementing our state of the art open-payments platform with postal organisations globally. You will give input to the further development of the platform and work with customers from the very first contact, throughout the implementation and until your retirement.

The position will be based in our headquarter in central Copenhagen. Some travel activity is to be expected.


Your primary tasks will be:

  • To continue building the strong pipeline of customers
  • To manage and execute implementations at post offices with complex operational and technical requirements
  • To nurture the strong relations with our existing and future customers
  • To interact with stakeholders at all levels – both internally and externally


Your profile:

You are ambitious of nature and wants to be part of a fast-growing organisation. You enjoy being part of a team but have no hesitations to work independently with customers and You enjoy working on multiple leads simultaneously.

  • You have a proven track record working with product implementations at large organisations. Experience in retail financial services from banking, post, Money Transfer Operator or Ecommerce is a benefit, but not a requirement.
  • You do not mind spending time in airports from time to time
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English. If you can add French and/or Spanish to the list, it is a plus.
  • You like to have a cosy time with your colleagues and customers
  • You are responsible and take pride in getting the job done
